By accessing or using RemindMi ("the App," "Service," "we," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use RemindMi. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the authority to accept these Terms.

2. Description of Service

RemindMi enables users to create and receive AI-powered reminders, notifications, and suggestions based on contextual factors such as time, location, device use, or other integrated data sources.

3. AI Processing

RemindMi uses artificial-intelligence technologies (for example, large-language-model APIs such as OpenAI GPT or similar) to interpret natural-language inputs and generate suggestions.

All AI outputs are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies. They do not constitute professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating reminders or using integrations
• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not upload harmful, offensive, or infringing content
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or interfere with the App or its servers

You remain responsible for any actions taken in reliance on reminders or AI suggestions.

5. Monetization and Third-Party Content

RemindMi may display:

• Personalized offers, ads, or affiliate links related to your reminders or context
• Content, services, or APIs provided by third-party partners (e.g., Google Maps, OpenWeather, or Amazon Associates)

We may earn commissions or fees when you interact with these offers. Such links are provided for convenience; RemindMi is not responsible for external content, accuracy, or transactions that occur outside our platform.

RemindMi may offer optional subscription plans that unlock premium features. All fees are billed according to the terms presented at the time of purchase.

You can cancel at any time via your App Store account settings. No refunds will be issued for partially used billing periods unless required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, text, and software are the property of RemindMi Inc. or its licensors. You retain ownership of your personal reminders and content but grant us a limited license to process and store them for providing the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these Terms or if your behavior risks harm to others or to the App's integrity.

You may delete your account at any time via the settings panel or by contacting support@remindmi.ai.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RemindMi and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including missed reminders, data loss, or loss of opportunity arising from your use of the App.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RemindMi Inc. and its partners from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your use or misuse of the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the province of your residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or via email. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
